Panick Attacks?! Help?
rlsejhm asked:
I’m having panick attacks (not too often, maybe once or twice a month or something), but I don’t know how to make them stop. Even if I’m not necessarily having a panic attack, I VERY often feel edgy and afraid and I don’t know why. My parents refuse to take me to the doctor. They say that the medications available aren’t meant for teens and will make me suicidal or crazy.
I’m not sure going to the doctor is an option. I get sick fairly often, so my parents don’t like to take me. They don’t know when to believe me. I don’t know why, because I’ve never faked being sick, and I’m always honest with them.

John S asked:
I work at a call center and I answer the phone and deal with customers. I have started to have lots of panic attacks lately. I have visited with a doctor and was prescribed some medication. What can I do to stop a panic attack from occurring, also what can I do during a panic attack to stop it?

Is it possible to have a panic attack with absolutely no physical symptoms?
Zac H asked:
For example, is it possible to have a panic attack with just the mental aspect (deep sense of dread, fear of death, derealization, etc,) without physical symptoms such as shaking, and increased heartbeat?
