feeling a panick attack coming on.need to stop it?

Author: I’m feeling a panick attack, i know what triggered it [i read an article about thyroid cancer and their symptoms]. I’m a hyperchondriac and phobic of anything medical [so i haven't been to a doctor]. Right I’m breathing so rapidly, heart pounding so fast, sweating. i really need to calm down. I haven’t had an attack in 6 months. please give me adice…

Is this close to anxiety/panic attack symptoms?
I often get nervous and upset.
1. Fast heart beat
2. Chest pain
3. Body shake
4. Dizziness
5. Unable to move the body(like my hand gets thick) for 30 min.
I often get this. What cause it? Also , Is this dangerous?
